It was fine at first, but after just a few months it started sagging. Makes me wonder if they design these things to hold up just long enough that you don’t return them, then suddenly they give out. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely didn’t last like I expected

I really wanted to like this mattress, but it’s just way too firm for me. I’ve been waking up sore most mornings, and after giving it a few weeks, nothing really improved. Now I’m stuck dealing with the extra work of figuring out a return or replacement, which is annoying. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

Overall, comfy mattress. Cooling is hit or miss for me, some nights it feels fine, other nights I wake up a bit warm. Not awful, just less breathable than I hoped. Fine bed, not perfect.

I wanted it to feel a bit more natural but it just didn’t come across that organic to me... kinda missed the mark

It’s not bad, but I’m not totally sold either. The pressure relief seems decent, and my shoulders do feel better on some nights, which is a plus. My hip still gets sore though, so it’s definitely not perfect for me. Shipping was fine, no issues there.

The mattress arrived later than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I was hoping it would come sooner...

The return process was such a hassle. It took way longer than it should have, and I kept wondering, how is this okay? Returning something should be simple, but this was just annoying from start to finish...

I still feel my partner moving around sometimes at night. It’s not terrible or anything, but I was kinda hoping it would block out the motion a little better

I was really hoping this would help, but unfortunately my back pain is still very much here, living its best life. So yeah, not the relief I was expecting.

I’ll be honest, I’m probably a little biased because I already don’t have much patience for complicated returns, but this one really annoyed me. The mattress just wasn’t a good fit for me, and the sleep trial made it sound like sending it back would be simple. It definitely wasn’t. There was a lot of back and forth, replies took forever, and I felt like I had to keep nudging them just to get anywhere. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I wish I hadn’t ordered it in the first place.

I ordered thinking the delivery would be normal, but the shipping process was a mess. The dates kept changing, the tracking barely updated, and I ended up having to keep checking on it myself because I couldn’t get a clear answer. For something this expensive, that was really frustrating. it kind of felt like they were quick to take my money but not nearly as quick to make sure the order actually got to me.

so the mattress is comfy enough in the middle, but the edges feel weak. If I sit or lie too close to the side, I feel like I’m sliding off way too easily.

I ordered from Birch Living and ran into an issue with my delivery, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a quick fix.

Instead, I spent way too much time waiting around for replies, and when they finally did respond, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d already sent. I had to repeat the same details more than once, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

The product might be perfectly fine, but the support experience really soured it for me. If there’s any chance I’d need help with an order again, I don’t think I’d buy from them

I’m frustrated with this mattress. It already has a sag in it and my back has been hurting since it started going soft. I feel like I’ve had to explain the same issue over and over, but the bottom line is simple: it didn’t hold up anywhere near as long as it should have...

I really wanted this mattress to work out, but the smell was just too much. We unpacked it, let it sit, opened the windows, ran fans, waited a few days… it felt like way too many steps just to be able to sleep on a brand new mattress, and it still had that strong chemical odor.

I started waking up with headaches, so we finally moved it out of the bedroom. Customer support was polite enough, but dealing with the airing out, the smell, and then figuring out what to do next was a hassle. I wouldn’t buy it again

getting this mattress set up was way more annoying than i expected. it was super heavy, awkward to move, and just not easy to deal with at all. what i thought would be a quick setup ended up taking forever and made delivery day way more stressful than it needed to be.

I tried to like it, but the mattress just felt Too bouncy and kinda weird to me. I couldn’t really get used to that latex feel, so it ended up not being a good fit for me.

This was way too expensive for what you actually get. I expected it to save me time or at least feel worth the price, but instead it just left me doing extra work and regretting spending that much.
